Only if you have some hawaiian blood can you enter. It was just colonized/annexed without much democratic process. Oh and I'd say it's only racist if it was created for the sole purpose of preventing certain races from entering. I am not German either, yet I am from Germanic tribes (Germanic is not German). Irish is the 2nd most common ancestry in the USA, and German is the most common. The thing is, I don't look at my history and say "I have people that were German/Irish/English citizens" I look at my history and say "I have this genetic makeup that is more common in the central Swedish/Norwegian area with some from the Northern Black Sea region. Some of our ancestors helped found the USA and were here before they kept track of names. Some of us, technically, aren't dashed like Irish-Americans, German-Americans, and Italian-Americans. Some of us are into our race, not our countries. My race occupied the majority of Europe, not just Germany, Ireland, or Italy. Is there an institute for that? But, I explained the orange suit guys to you, knowing that the word could be used in either sense.
