I need another part to hook into the computer and I need the other have to receive signal. I'm not really dumb when it comes to computers. But they're saying, no it should work. Its just this little blue square that has an antenna on it. And you plug this usb cord into your computer. I can't get it to work. Perhaps I've gotten the wrong drivers or I am correct that I need the other half. You need to have a wireless access point that connects to your modem in order for you to be able to connect to the Internet. Do you have an access point? If it's a desktop is it already connected to the Internet then? I was just trying to get the drivers installed because I thought I might have only needed the one box to make the Internet work. I have a computer tower, not a labtop. I thought maybe after I got it hooked up, it would connect online. I have internet connected with one computer and its through cable. But I was just trying the Wireless adapter to see if I could get it to connect. We don't have a router than hook more than one pc. I didn't figure I could get it to work since it doesn't have the other half.
