To have an underground racing gang, involved in street racing, downhill drifting, and drags. Fully organised, being the don, and hiring drivers. Racing for hard cash, pink slips, respect. How fucking awesome it would be to be involved... (which I hope to be enentually, the day I get my 200sx)

theres some jDm show competitions here in tulsa, those neon lights wouldnt do so well, but street racing is everywhere, just get a nice ride, and roll on the highway roughly around 9pm anywhere, and someone will most likely hazard light you, here in tulsa 71st street is a hot spot

CRAZYSNAKE IS A RICER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1one
Yeah, "oh how cool it would be"
You would have never thought about this before those shit stains of the Automotive culture came out on the silver screen starting in 2001.
"involved in street racing"
While I sometimes admittedly am a fan of "Street racing" , You are likely talking "underground" as in a bunch of fuckstains in Civics with fart cannons on the back weaving in and out of traffic.. Please do the automotive enthusiast community a favor and refrain from saying "yeah im into cars.. and street racing" or whatever.
BTW, No slow ass 200SX is gonna do SHIT to anyone's cars.. Sorry..
This junk??? will walk that slow ass piece of shit even with just 200 HORSEPOWER UNDER DA HOOD.

I've been ivolved in the car modification culture, since before even the fast and the furious came out. I've been at these events, but are shit here in Ireland, cause they're just a load of chavs in corollas down donuts, and calling it 'drifting'. I want propper, €500 a car entry. Not going 60mph on a bog road

Realy? 1.8 litre turbo stock engine, full rear wheel drive. Lets say you swapped her stock turbo, for an apexi twin turbo system, let's see that's boost her to do about, 150? 160mph? Now add an ecu, tune the chip abit, new coilovers, new inductionkit, change the stock clutch, for a nice ogura racing clutch, would that
slow ass 200sx
not beat that?
My point proven

You really have no clue what your talking about.
Full rear wheel drive as opposed to half or 1/3? rofl
Twin turbo system to boost you to 150/160 mph. Thats not exactly how it works. A turbo would boost your hp and toque, but no one brags about boosting their top speed like that. Maybe their 0-60 which counts, but rarely in any street race would you see 150. Not to mention the aero drag on a car that would make it hard for this car to get up there.
Add an ecu? It would already have an ecu being a fuel injected car. Theres not exactly "chips" for anything more then a VW. But hey, at least your right about tuning it.
Coilovers won't do anything to help you go fast in a straight line, unless your trying to say your going to turn, which is a lie.
But hey, I give you A for effort to make it seem like you knew anything about a car.

Realy? I never mentioned anything about going in a straight line. You are thinking of drag racing, which we don't do here. We race on shitty ass back roads, where the fucking police watch every little move we fucking do, and strengthen the laws on driving every month.
1: Coilovers: Yes, you will need them, if you are coming here to Ireland, cause our fucking roads are shit, and full of turns, so unlike ye're straight highways, we've got bendy mountain roads.
2. ECU, can be added to any car, fuel injected or not. It wouldnt make much of a difference, but it would improve performance, no matter how slightly
3.
no one brags about boosting their top speed like that.
Once again, opposite in this shithole of a country, in which the chavs will judge you by your top speed, not your 0-60 (which would, once again count mostly in a drag race). I am aware that turbo's boost the air intake, and improve your acceleration speed, and also improve top speed.
You are thinking of drag racing, on straight, smooth roads. See it in Ireland, as, and racing on bendy roads, considering both speed and handling.

Come to america, you'll see its not straight line roads.
Coilovers won't do shit on shitty roads. Actually it would make the ride WORSE.
An ecu can be added to any car yes, but thats not the point. Theres already an ecu in the car, its not like your adding shit. But hey, you've been modding cars for years right, I bet you knew that.
0-60 does not count mostly in drag racing, it counts in everything motorsports.
Seriously though, what have you modded kid? And you can admit to watching F&F and thinking of this thread, its alright

Nah, I wasnt watching it. I was actualy thinking of when Casey stoner Won the moto gp last year, then my mind wondered to the last time I fucked around in a car, then started day dreaming about street racing.
Mods I've done? Put in a new brake system, changed valves, and helped out in an engine swap. I never said I knew anything about engine modding, you are employing that.

Involved, yes. As a fan. However, as a fan since before 2000, meaning I only liked the external parts, visuals, bodies, sound systems. To say I've been 'modding' cars since 2000, would be to say I've been doing it since I'm 8? First mod I ever done, was a visual mod, where I helped fit a pair of neon lights. I was 12, and had someone instructing me. The engine mods I did, when I was 15. When I said
involved
I meant as a fan.
You would make a good lawyer, as you realy do take the little things very seriously
