I had another off horse riding lesson, and now its the night before school starts. give me some tips to destressing tonight, sleeping well, and having enough energy for school

sleep and in the morning take a cold shower to wake you up then drink some red bull

embrace your fears. accept them. Turning away from your fears is not strength, facing them is.

Take a long, warm shower or bath. Light some candles and relax in your bed, either with a favorite movie or book. Haha. Oh, yeah, it seriously works. For me, any ways.
