I do twist crunches for my abs. They work great. And dancing for cardio.

Wow, I hate lunges. Most people do them wrong, and it pisses me off. They put the weight and stress on their knees instead of keeping it centered.

I love deadlifts, they are great!!! I train with my dad and after a few weeks doing dead lifts, my punches and kicks have become way stronger! cardio... dance baby!

\ They're the best strength exercise by far. They destroy me every time...and I say that in a good way. I can barely walk. Happy to hear it! Keep up the good work.

No one said swimming yet?? Dang Granted I like to lift a bit... few dozen push ups and crunches before bed and biking... but doing laps in a pool has to be my favorite.
