I'm more used to the ways of editing a photo in the dark room and I wasn't sure if anyone knew of any free online photo editors that allow you to dodge and burn. I don't think it's possibly on Picasa or at least I haven't found a way yet....

ummm all of know of that let you do dogding and burning is adobe photoshop but i dont think that is free
