-- Posted by Anonymous at 1:15 pm on Aug. 20, 2008 I will be entering Northern Illinois University for the 2008 fall semster and do to unforseen family problems I will have to transfer to The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in order to be closer to home. Question 1: If the deadline to apply for the Spring semester, how long after I send in the application will I get a decision? 2. About how many classes will be  transferable to UIC? 3.
