Why? Spanish is the best and only other language anyone could want to learn...

full of heat pleasure compassion understanding..
what else could you ever ask for in a language?

Just get one of those Rosetta Stone Programs

There's plenty of free ways online to get yourself started, but if you're seriously interested in it and willing to invest, then I suggest getting Rosetta Stone, even though it costs a buttload.

Umm i speak french pretty well, it pretty much the same (italian too seeing as they all come from latin). J'etudiais (sp) francais pendent quatre ans et je vais aller au France pour mes vacances dans avril.

I'm working on being fluent in french, i speak some spanish, very little german, and i want to learn russian. all i know so far is simple phrases like "ya govoritye po-angleeski" and "adeen, dva, tri, chyetirye, pyat, shest, syem, vosyem, dyevet, dyecet,...etc (all the way to twenty)

thats not entirely true.. ive spoken to native italian speakers and i could NOT keep up
speakin in native tongues to one another was totally a mess
i suppose havin it as your first language is the only way to truly appreciate a language of love =)

I speak Russian, and I warn you, it's REALLY hard. I mess up all the time on genders and tenses.
