i have cuts and scars on my arms; which i plan to fix up with these creams and ointments, i have acne; which i plan to use pro-activ better then i used to, not be so lazy this time. but i also want to get my body into shape and be really fit and healthy for summer. im not fat or obese. but i do i kinda have rolls on my stomach cos i have become really lazy. i want to have a better shaped body and especially my stomach, by summer. so i was wondering how i could go about it? besides like eating healthy and exercising. lol. im just asking like how to get started or whatever. anyone else done this that can help me?

a lot of cardio and don't let yourself pick anything up to eat, only eat when you're really hungry. sugarfree gum works pretty well if you aren't

Join cross country. I lost twenty pounds in four months without meaning to and eating whatever was within reach.

Low calorie diet. Only problem is that people usually binge after and don't exercise.

im trying to do this aswell. i got 3 months to go. try doing sit ups and those type things. its also handy if you like salade (makes it alot easier)

lol, i only said that part cos like i thought people would say stuff like "well obviously eat healthy and exercise" which dosent help at all. it aint as easy as that. i need more of like a plan or something.
