was sent to earth now, rather than 2000 years ago, do you think he would of been as "successful" in gathering followers for christianity?(u know what i mean) o i also ask: would people now take him seriously?

Probably not..

And I think he would still get as many followers. More people against him, sure, but as many followers or more.

this question is incredibly dumb. I'm sorry, but it is.

nope. He'd be stabbed or blown up as an innocent bystander before he could get anywhere. plus, we are way too cynical for our own goods, so noone would ever believe him.

Well... we can't know what the world would be like if Jesus never came here in the first place (I'm not saying he existed, I'm saying the idea of him and god changed a lot of things).

Someone would mistake him for a hobo. My church youth director looks like him. Maybe he's Jesus. That means Jesus is already here. Lets get our guns and knifes and mob him. Because that's how we are today. That's why Jesus wouldn't last 5 min. here.

We'd kill him unfortunately humanity hasn't grown much IMO.

If impeccable, unshakable proof was shown through the media... then there would either be peace or world war.

If he could incontrovertibly prove the veracity of his miracles, he would be extremely successful. Rather than wandering around Galilee converting handfuls at a time, he could preach a world-wide gospel via youtube. The Internet does have its uses, no?

Whatever his mission was would be accomplished in whatever fashion God intended, just as it was before.

There will be gullible people in every age. However, if he were executed today, the Christians would probably be donning symbolic electric chairs instead of crosses. Such genius transcends time.
