I'm trying to tone up and maybe loose some weight. Don't worry...I'm not heading back down the anorexia road. I just want to start feeling good again.

As for toning I've been doing 80 sit ups every morning (with a pause after 40) and 80 at night. In addition I slowly lift my arms up over my head while holding 3 pound weights. Yes, that's not a lot, but it's enough for that exercise. At least for me. Then I do 50 pliés (knee bends with your knees facing out for non-ballet people).

Good?

I generally have a yogurt for breakfast, because I'm not that hungry in the mornings...and I'll be starving by the time I get home for lunch. Today I had potato soup...which has 67 calories...I added a handful of noodles to make it taste less drab and some soy-sauce.

I'll probably have a sandwich (dark bread) with lettuce, tomatoes, and mozzarella for dinner.

Good? Healthy? Back to anorexia?

I think you need to eat a little more. But good, remember don't got too extreme. Good eating and excercise in the key!

Do not ask for health advice lke this on the internet. Do you expect teenagers to know more than you do!
