I'm better at initiating conversation with people now. -- Posted by lilakforte at 6:37 am on Aug. 21, 2008 Yes, it'd made me confident about talking to anyone and 'selling' to people and coming across as friendly when I'm actually feeling tired, sore and generally rubbish but like I still mean it. It also made me realise I need to learn how to deal with annoying superiors who don't know f*)k all but there you go.
