The only thing I can come up with is that innocent little kiddies can just avoid the sexuality forum and not avatars. But as for IB's, well, they can avoid them, too. I'm not talking about that particular topic. You linked it into the topic for an example. Its easy to stay away from these topics if you can as they are usually named well, or have an explicit tag. Nothing is full-proof in the world and there is always going to be times when something happens the way it isn't supposed to. What we have imposed isn't hard to go by and isn't very bad on the whole.
