This happened about a month ago, and I still am confused.

On my birthday I lashed out on my parents, siblings, grandparents, and anyone who happened to get in my way.
I screamed at them when they did nothing wrong. I refused to speak with them civilly. I gave my parents back every gift they ever gave me and told them it was all shit (when it really wasn't!). Just to hurt them.
I threatened suicide, and thought about it too.

And I just couldn't control myself. I didn't know how to stop. Then all of the sudden a few days later everything just stopped and I could think again...

This has happened before, but not quite so bad.
What the fuck do I do? I'm scared, of hurting people and myself.

Maybe it's a hormonal imbalance - there's lot's of possibilities. Truth is that just an specialist is going to be able to give you the answer you are looking far.

Go to a therapist.

It could be that you are bipolar or that you keep feelings inside and when they come out, a lot comes out!

Maybe you're bipolar? And I say that in the most serious way. Maybe sit your family down and tell them all that you don't mean most of what you say. "I just have eruptions sometimes, and I need your help to get me through those times. I'm deeply sorry for all the inconveniences I've caused." Something along those lines. You might also need to seek professional help, if that's possible. Until you can control those eruptions.

Probably bi-polar. You should go to the doctor. If not that, there is something wrong with your mind and you need to see someone about it.

Both my parents seem to have some emotional issues.
My mother I can't explain and my father is on medication for I think it is depression though I could be wrong.
I was diagnosed with manic depression previously by some doctor who didn't seem to know what he was doing past forcing me to take pills I didn't want (which lead to worse symptoms go-figure I said I didn't want Prozac)
