-- Posted by WRXSTI at 3:51 pm on Aug. 24, 2008 I have been working at Arbys for two years now and when I first started I made 5.75. And I've been getting raises and was at 6.65 10 months ago. I've been at the rate ever since. I asked for a raise a couple of weeks ago and the boss said I should already be getting one. Well it turns out I now make 6.70 now hell yeah!. I'm pretty pissed off since I took the effort to come in and ask and now that miniumum wage in indiana is like 6.55 I should be making a hell a lot more. I seriously could get a job across the street and make over 7.00 an hour. Also, the worker that joined about a year after me was making 7.25 and I helped train him. I'm pretty pissed about this too. I'm going to go in tomorrow and talk about all these unfair wages. Also we got 3 new managers who all will be getting raises and thats probably why mine was so low.
