My max download was 256kbs, we had to upgrade because i was unable to play in full servers on PS3 online games. so today we phoned them, and asked them to update it. They did it right away, and i tested my speed. it was an 1.2 MB download speed. After playing on the PS3 i started lagging, I've restarted the router but my upload speed is very little and my download speed has gone back to 256kb/s!
