Okay, I've heard both sides. Some say you can lose weight in sleep. From others I've heard you cannot lose weight in sleep. So, what do you think?

Your body uses up low amounts of fat/calories in your body during sleep. If you had no calories left from the previous day, your body would burn up fat to sustain life.

You loose weight since you're not eating. But at the same time, NOT sleeping for a very long time will cause you to loose weight since your body is stealing energy and nutrients to keep you awake.
