Based on the gameplay trailer (again, not related to the plot in any way) it seems to be action/mystery. Realism =/= Quality. When technology advances to the point where Heavy Rain's graphics engine is considered obsolete it will look like a joke. In turn games with a more artistic approach to the design will hold up more. Examples: Donkey Kong Country vs Mario World 1/2 Mortal Kombat(All) vs Street Fighter(All) And dozens of others.
