Yes, I know ramen are noodles, but I've always eaten it as a soup (with a spoon and use the liquid as broth). My boyfriend eats ramen with chopsticks and doesn't eat the broth. They are just noodles. So what do you eat your ramen as?

both. if I eat it as soup I add stuff to it, veggies, an egg, sometimes even meat. If I eat it as noodles i eat them just with 1/2 ofthe sauce packet, or just with butter and parmesean.

I usually boil the noodles down until there is no water left, then I add the packet in and stir the seasoning over the noodles and eat them. I usually let them boil for like 10 minutes.

I keep a bag of mixed veggies in the freezer for just such an occasion. spinach sounds yummy, i will have to try that.

Both. Sometimes I make it soupy, other times I make it without so much broth, just enough to make it able to be mixed.

Ramen can be eaten dry. I usually eat it and the soup separately.

I will usually eat ramen as a soup, with a base in it. I will usually eat soba w/o a soup base. Maybe just a little (2x tablespoon). I guess noodles are noodles :)
