some stress is a good thing. i don't fight it, unless it gets to be too much. then i do something.

I just listen to music really loud and scream along. Then when I lose my voice I feel better since I got it all out :]

It's going to sound stupid, but if you start to get overwhelmed by the stress, then you should schedule some "quiet time" for yourself. Lol. And in that time, you can just think, do something you are good at, or just listen to music and unwind. Also, A bubble-bath every so often is a great stress reliever x) Good luck!
