i hope this doesnt get deleted. were celebrating my freinds bday party and we want some booze. last time we had 40% vodka and it was a little too much. so this time were looking for a less percentage that will still get us tipsy. help?

Try wine, instead =) If you drink it slow enough the buzz is very easy to manage.

I'm pretty sure that all vodka is 40%. doesn't sound like you're much of a hard liquor person. Try rum maybe that's 20%. if that that wine which varies from about 8%-14% at least from bottles I've read. Then there's ofcourse Beer, cheep, and easy to drink. generally 2-8%.

Mix it. If you don't want it to be sweet put water. If not use juice, you can even buy stuff from the grocery store that are mixes for hard liquor. Or try like Hypnotiq, I believe that's like 30. Or even like Sour Puss is like 17%. Go to the liquor store and see what you can find. =)

Vodka is typically meant to be mixed. If you want something weaker try Malibu or Parrot Bay they are 21% and delicious.
