The White Dragon school seems like it is much more rigorous than most schools, but the dojo is even more strenuous. In addition, the dojo it requires a very strict , serious commitment. I would like to do the Choy Lei Fut Kung Fu by the White Dragon, but it is a steep price. I have not seen the dojo price, but I expect that the rigorous, frequent lessons for the ninjutsu would be even higher. Here are the sites.
