basically, my friend borrowed me her necklace. never asked 4 it, she just gave it 2 me so i was like ok? It was really nice with a diamond star and stuff. anyways, few days later i said
"Here, take it back now b4 something bad happens 2 it or it gets lost" (i have little sibling who go through my room)
"No, just keep it for a bit longer."
(Im like hmm ok)
i put it in my little jar thingy that i have with like spare change, bits and bobs u know. Out of harms way until i put it on again.
she wants it back....i go 2 get it....not there...shit!
so im like my sister must have moved it cuz i havent. Then she gets all angry...askes her mom 2 pick her up...goes home and tells her mom.
i mean come on its a god damn necklace. All of a sudden...Ring Ring Ring...house fone rings.
"hello?"
"hello, kyla? Its Channells mom."
her mom tried 2 kinda tell me off or something so i cut it off.
Is it me or is my so called 'friend' over reacting about a stupid necklace. shes not tlkin 2 me now.

It's her fault actually; she should have taken it back.

Hmm, is there any way she could have moved it to get you in trouble?

shes over reacting....definetly shes such a bitch.....

Sounds like she took it herself....

well first off its her fault, cuz u did try and give her, her necklace back and told her before it gets lost etc.

so next time her mom calls you, tell her that she was the one who let u borrow it w/o even asking to and u tried giving it back but she said to keep it

but do try looking for it.

over reacting.......

Sounds like she is over reacting. Was the necklase expensive? Was it really special to her? Those could be some reasons she is upset. I would keep looking for it and if you can't find it maybe find a way to replace it.

I probably wouldnt talk to u either if you hung up on my mum, its just disrespect.
Maybe not her place to get involved but it wouldnt have killed u to grit teeth n bare it.
Just find the necklace, blame ur sis and get back to being mates.
In the long run this is summut reeally petty to fall out over

you should have just explained to her mum, hanging up on someone is really rude, I'd be pissed off if someone did that to my mum. although she was in the wrong first, you handled it terribly, she could have been stressed, it could have been very important to her, she could have been PMSing who knows. she shouldn't have acted like that but you didn't handle it well.
