Okay I want to lose ten pounds fast. My question is, what kinds of foods can I eat in order to lose weight? I've tried eating under 600 calories a day and it's not really helping...

There's the mapel syrup diet, apparently you loose weight super fast. But you could only do it for about 4-6 days.

eat a healthy amount minus 400 and do ridiculous amounts of cardio

Fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains. Eat three meals a day, cut down on snacking (and if you really need to snack, have something healthy like an apple), drink a ton of water, exercise

Eat healthy foods you dumbass; fruits, veggies, natural stuff. No meats, no white refined carbs, no useless sugar, etc. Being healthy is so simple.

Celery. Negative calories. It burns more calories eating the stuff than it introduces back into your system, hah.

Truth. But don't do it. It will eventually catch up to you. Just eat a lot of veggies (no carrots) and granola bars. Granola gives you a lot of energy which will help you in exercising.
