It's 9:00 in the morning here, and I just ran around my neighborhood, up a huge hill, and down a huge hill. I think I ran a little less than a mile, and I did it in five minutes. Am I still burning calories or what? It was very strenuous, with all the hills and curves. But like I said, it took me like five minutes. I'm trying to work out as much as possible before 1:00. I don't want to go outside and run around my neighborhood AGAIN. I'm thinking about doing some yoga/pilates and then some dance. Do you think this will suffice as a good work out?

That would work. Sitting on your ass on LW won't though.
