Hi i'm very very confused!

Here is the question!

Show that in an adiabatic change for a monatomic gas PV=^5/3 = constant, given that CV= (3/2)R.


Now i'm not sure about any part of this! Any help on any part would be great. All i know is what adiabatic change is, the rest is unknown to me! I have no books to help, and google has failed! No notes on it either as my laptop with the notes is scrapped (spilt drink on it!!!!) Anyway help would be really awesome!
