but i still look fat, i mean ugh i need to lose 20 more lbs and i  haven't eaten in maybe 2 weeks?

um, thats not a healthy way to lose weight.
i suggest you try eating and eat healthier foods.

an eating disorder isnt what you want.

don't suffer like that. suck in your stomach whenever you can remember to do so. eat three apples today and fat free milk. eat two well portioned meals. salad dressing is bad. have spinach. and salmon. that's what i do and people actually think i work out :]

prolly cause your body is in starvation mode...
i bet your really not that fat...
but you know...
when you skip meals the next meal that you eat is stored as fat?!

eat healthy and exercise! thats the best way to lose weight... not cutting out food entirely!

and drink lots of water!!!

Eat, your body needs food. Just don't eat more calories than your going to take in. You need food, it will actually help you loose weight. And from looking at your pictures your quite skinny.

yeh but now when you do eat your going to put it all back on just eat healthly you will lose it more slowly but in the end you will look better

You probably still look fat because you have no muscle tone.  All you have is flab.  If you want that to go away, you have do exercises that will tighten and tone those muscles.
