I went to bed at 10:00 tonight and it's 2:00 and I'm still not asleep. I can't go through a week of three hours of sleep/night. Anyways, we've got this bottle of Tylenol PM and I was gonna use that to help. The recommended dosage for someone my age is two gelcaps (50mg DPH) Does anyone know how effective that would be at knocking me out by 10:30 if I take them at 9:00? If I were you, I would've tested them out last week to see how I react to them.
