This should increase download speed. Browsing speed would also improve. The software itself won't get any faster though. Try downloading updates, as these someties have internet configurations that speed up the net somewhat. By doing these things your PSP can speed up a bit. If you want it to download faster then you will have to move closer to your router to get a stronger signal. Yeah, but the reason I didnt mention turning off those, is because some sites need java and flash enabled to display and function propperly, even on psp. I suggest leaving them on, unless you don't care about site viewability. Conserve memory would work, but slightly, and would also dim quality, as it dims picture quality
