New Zealand the people are so simplisitc, critical-no one is free living and easygoing and talk about interesting things, just socialistic crap. When i finish uni though i want to work here for a bit and then take of to ozzie, then the US, then maybe the philippines. I sure as hell don't want to live here forever. I've travelled before and coming back here just depresses me.

I would love to visit New Zealand someday but I will never leave my country for good. You were in Korea for a while, right? So you're back in NZ.

I thought you would be more happy! I like the Phillipines because the people are so friendly and welcoming, the food is good, the American and Western influence I like, the weather is good. Some areas are beautiful. As for corruption-yes it happens. As for poverty-it matters but it doesn't matter-why not, because I saw one guy in the gutter with no shirt on his back but he had the biggest smile in the world-the people know what is important-that is love and human connection-what some people can never afford

I'm happy you saw that in the people. I see that too, that's why I'll never leave this country for good. We may be some of the poorest people in the world but we are also some of the happiest. We can laugh through everything and we are some of the friendliest. I have read many blogs from foreigners who have been to the Philippines and most of them say the same. It makes me wonder what it's like in other countries.

I thought you were going to say america. haha. I would probably like New Zealand. I saw how the people there are laid back on a show on the travel channel, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations. I think I would like New Zealand.
