Most of them are though. Either way they are still enemy soldiers who oppose us with force and therefore must be neutralized. In fact i wouldn't be surprised if the enemy soldiers in this video and the other video you posted are dead already. We will kill them all- every single "Mujahideen" or "Iraqi Resistance Member" or whatever. Their only chance is to lay down their arms and surrender and we are so generous that we will give them a second chance to live if they surrender.
