Okay here is the deal. I want a complete weight loss plan. I want a pill, a diet that is customized for me, and an exercise plan that is customized for me. Where can I get all that? I am willing to pay for this information, so what kind of professional should i speak with?

If you go to 24 hour fitness, they do all of that for you... it's expensive though.

1.) A regular dietitian is not qualified to give sports nutrition advice. Not even a bit. 2.) Most personal trainers dont know all that much about sports nutrition, unless theye studied above and beyond. I've been one for 5 years. For that matter, the typical personal trainer doesnt know a lot about fat loss. I have the best PT certification in the industry (ACSM & NCSA), and from that alone, I wouldnt be very knowlegable about fat loss. 3.) Doctors receive virtually no nutritional training in medical school. 4.) Most diet plans dont work. Fat loss is not the same thing as weight loss. 5.) Stimulant fat loss pills are not effective. The average stimulant product, such as hydroxycut, will burn between 80-150 extra calories per day. Not much at all. 6.) Yo-yo dieting will kill your metabolism and increase fat affinity in the long run. 7. You wanna lose fat permanently, youre gonna have to change your lifestyle. Building a nutrition program for fat loss isnt hard -- you can buy good books for far less than paying some dietitian, and youll get a far better program most of the time. Anything by Dr. John Berardi is top notch. Buy Metabolism Advantage off of Amazon
