im bulimic and anorexic... and its cos of self control :( but mainly cos i h8 how i look i mean i have a TINY waist i can see my ribs so gd but i have REALLY fat thighs and HIPS! therefore im pear shaped but like HOW CAN I LOOSE THE PEAR SHAPE i hate it :( and bein pear shaped makes me look mega mega fat HELP i dont care what guys like im 13 im not interested! i know i should eat but thers more than just eating im scared to eat i fear ill gain TONNS of weight but i know realistically i wont and i cannot see a doc parent or dietrition

talk to a doctor to get a diet plan that will help you lose the pear shape.

try to put yourself in a guys shoes we dont like seeing ribs =( we like seeing people who work out and are in shape and the fat thighs and hips are awesome. big hips and thighs are a sign of fertility and mens natural instincts kick in when we see it. automatic turn on

I'm kind of fat but I don't know about the pear shape thing. I just have to keep my stomach down and the best thing for that is to eat six small meals a day that include lots of water and veggies.
