Whenever I take tests or quizzes, I can't remember the correct answers. This is happening all the time now. Last year it wasn't so bad, but this year, it is getting worse and worse. I've begun failing my classes, simply because as soon as I stop looking at my notes, or stop studying, I forget. this occurs sometimes in normal life too. i even go through periods of time where I lose three-four things a day. It seems like I remember random things, but never important stuff. But anyways, it's getting bad. I need help. Idk. Is this a disease or something? I tried looking it up, but articles only talk about old age memory loss.

De-stress as much as possible, get light but every day exercise, lots of sleep at the same time of night, stay away form alcohol or other drugs, and talk to your school counsellor. This is not uncommon.

you should try doing thinking exercises...they really help with memory and it works most of the time. talk to a teacher about it or an adult who could help you out.
