Also by the look in someone eyes you can tell, I know people that say that and I"m like no I'm not but it's true.

Sounds like some of the symptoms.  Others are, loss of interest in things, feeling helpless, fatigue, physical pain (like being sore and getting headaches and stuff), poor concentration and memory, thoughts of death/suicide, insomnia, decrease in appetite just to name a few.

yes. you should talk to a doctor/get a referral to a psychiatrist or counselor.
