If i am eating 2 crackers, a banana, and a light meal for dinner every day, plus working out for 90mins daily, does that mean i have an eating disorder?

you are abusing a diet. and this will gain more weight, eat healthy, go to the ym for maybe an hour a night or 3 times a week and remember to eat breakfast. Running on 300 calories a day is sch a stupid way to lose weigh because its water weight and you just end up dehydrating yourself

possibly are you doing it to loose weight? do you fear gaining weight? do you feel that even eating that is too much? are you loosing weight? how fast... there all some of the factors to ask about befroe you assume you have an Eating DISORDER
