I quit drinking around 11:00 last night. It's now after 5:00 in the afternoon and I still feel like hell. I haven't been able to eat anything, so I haven't eaten since dinner last night. I didn't have a headache when I woke up, just like I have a stomach flu. What should I do? What kind of food should I eat? Soup? Toast? Just keep drinking water? Tomorrow I start track practice and if I don't eat anything today, I'll be really weak and get my ass kicked tomorrow. I've drank this much before (8 drinks in under three hours )  

but usually I only drink this much when I don't have anything going on for a few days afterwards--like vacations or long weekends. I'm usually fine with just a few drinks but something got into me last night and I just kept drinking.

it's probally nothing just a little hangover.

i don't feel to well after stoping drinking at 4am this morning but just eat something light but solid food as you don't want to overdue it.

Drinking causes sick and there will be body pain and tiredness. The person who drinks should be unable to work properly and became sick.

Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. Eat foods like bread and very obsorbant foods to they soak the alcohol, but you wouldnt think there would be alcohol left in your system still?? Make sure you eat a good healthy breakfast before track so you get all the right carbs to keep your strength up. If you still feel like shit, id see a dr just incase something was put into your drinks that night.
