I was talking to one of the most important people in my life a few minutes ago and they were really down. I was trying to comfort them and was talking to them about their problem and all i asked was something about being in a relationship with someone they said "fuck relationships" and then all of a sudden out of know where they said that I was trying to control them and make them feel bad and that im fucking with their emotions.

I never said anything at all... all I was saying was i wish i could be there for them more and that I care about them and thats what they say to me... I really dont get it, all i was doing was trying to comfort them and help

I feel really sad and depressed now cause I didn't say or do anything from what they said I was doing and just ripped on me and left... i just dont get it... All i was trying to do was to help cause i care for them so much I think I am going to go lay down

Awww, it's all right. This person was obviously upset and said stupid shit that they probably and hopefully didn't mean.

If this person is truly important to you, then you need to talk to them about it when they are less upset. See what they really meant, and explain that you were only trying to help.

But for the time being, try to not think about it! Good luck...
