To begin my aunt had strep and her throat closed in the middle of the night while she was sleeping, and they had to rush her to the ER and her throat was gushing blood, almost died. Ever since then I'm deathly afraid of falling asleep whenever my throat hurts because I don't want it to close when I'm sleeping and I'm the only person in this floor in this house so I wouldn't be able to run upstairs and get to an ER in time. -- Posted by KelseyMorgan at 10:21 pm on Sep. 7, 2008 Thanks.
