I used to be pretty lazy at home and like tend to be a slacker about cleaning, but here I feel like i want to be organized and stuff. I'm cool with all my roommates (6), except for one of them who, despite being a 17-year-old (slightly younger than me, but that should be a reason he shouldn't be bugging me), pisses me off. He's one of those guys who, if someone pisses him off, he'll just try to punch his lights out. But the issue I have is that he's not even open-minded about my Japanese Rock. Normally, I'd imagine new roommates would want to get to know who they're going to be rooming with, including their music, but he just calls it all shit, crap, etc. Makes me want to just knock him out, but I haven't because, not having been in a fight, I'm kinda worried about what'll happen if I challenge him and get my ass handed to me. Meh, at least there's another space open elsewhere on the quad. Once you live in a house, you have so much room to spread out. First year, the a.c. was out in the dorms, so I had to find a temporary new dorm. I have plenty of room to spread out in my room. It's got enough space for a four foot fridge, a nightstand, a bed, a desk, a dresser, a closet, and then there's STILL space! And socializing occurs in the dorms, far more than in my house, b/c my house is 20 miles from campus, and in the middle of nowhere, whereas, campus dorms are...on campus. :P I can spread myself out as much in my dorm, as in my room, at home. :)
