Can anyone help me, I really wanna record today and when I sing my voice goes kind of like it's breaking like I'm about to get emotional but I'm okay.

and I know my voice has been better than this... so I'm planning on just warming up more..

Try doing note holds for 8 counts going up a scale. Make sure you're getting deep breaths and opening your mouth enough. Relax and WATCH YOUR POSTURE!!!

take a throat lozenge even if your throat doesnt hurt

Just make sure there's no menthol in it, it has the same affect as caffeine does for your voice

Warm water, cold makes your throat close up more.
