If it has Windows on it, it will tell you that you have to reactivate because you've changed too much hardware for it to be considered the same computer. You'll need to phone up and go through an automated prompt system and key in the code on screen. Apart from that driver errors and Windows' fault may occur because it still thinks it's the old machine when it is a newer model. If you're going to treat the b110 drive as a secondary (ie, not running windows off it) it should be fine. But you're going to have to reinstall all of the programs that you installed on the old drive to the new one.
