Hey! Soon I will be auditioning for my first play. I think we are doing the play Metamophoses by Mary Zimmerman. Can anyone give me any general tips on how to make myself stand out/what to do in an audition? I really am clueless and have no one to ask, hah. Thank you!

be loud, have lots of energy, and give it your all just have fun with it :] good luck!

Thanks for the tip. I should add the monologue's we were given to choose from were on the sadder side (from Our Town)... so any tips regarding that would help too!

Ohh Our Town. Very sad. Well dont rush emotional stuff. Take a lot of pauses. Go slow. It adds meaning to everything to you say. Good luck.
