You can't lose weight very quickly. If you were to do that, you'd have an eating disorder. HEALTHY DIET + EXERCISE = WEIGHT LOSS + MUSCLE GAIN + OVERALL HEALTH INCREASE It's a long term change of lifestyle, not a simple starve yourself for a week and lose a few pounds. If you want to LOOK healthy, you have to BE healthy.

Just exercise. Go running in the mornings. Eat a healthy amount. The 10 pounds will dissapear fast and you'll feel awesome about it. I feel like losing weight is so much easier than people make it out to be. Gaining muscle weight is the challenge.

I know how you feel. I want to lose a stone by Christmas as I have put this amount of weight on in the past 6 months. Im 5ft 6 and weigh around 122lbs and have recently cut the amount of food I eat down. Just think, you are what you eat! so if you are eating sweets and burgers then you will put on weight. I eat quite a lot of soup as it fills you up and has hardly any calories. Keep doing your exercise and make sure you rehydrate. Weight loss is difficult when you are trying to get from skinny to skinnier I know. Im trying to shift fat off my legs and its not going so great at the moment. PM me if you want to chat. xxx

Same here. I would love to lose about the same amount, as I have put weight on which I had lost by starving myself. It's difficult. What I am doing though is eating one meal a day then smaller snacks which are low in calories, plus lots of water. And I work out for at least half an hour a day.
