I have the same thing on mine! I removed one, didn't seem to do too much, because there's a better update, but if worst comes to worst, you just reinstall that certain update, I'm thinking.

It's usually best to leave them. These updates are hierarchal and build atop one another. They don't contain the previous updates, so removing one will remove all the updates it provides within that particular update. These contain bug fixes, security updates and other patches so you really should leave them in place. It does take a lot of space, but it's Java and it is bulky. If you do use Java (like Java applets online) then leave them all there. If you really need the space though and you don't use Java much then you can remove them, but I'd still advise against it. If you ever need to use it, it can cause errors and even worse a security hole allows an attacker to maliciously take over your machine (an extreme case.) If you are running out of space the best thing to do is buy a new hard drive. They are so cheap these days that upgrading your storage isn't much of a financial problem.
