have over 1 mth 2 loose some weight coz im going 2 my sis wedding and I dnt want the dress 2 look 2 tight on me.Been on a healthy diet and been exercising bout 2 hrs each day ,but im not loosing as much weight as id hoped,please help

No no, keep at it. It sounds like you are doing a great job so far. If anything can be done, you could exercise some more and be more picky about a healthy diet. But even that will only do you so much. Now I think you should keep up the good job until the time comes, and accept your body for what it has achieved by the end of it.

Just eat well, try vegetables. Avoid skipping meals, fatty foods among others. Be yourself, don't stree yourself. Goodluck.

It takes a couple of weeks for the results to show. Don't be disheartened. Keep it up, that's really good. You should start seeing the weight disappear after a week, and then it should start dropping off.

ice cold water and lots of it, should help to burn off extra calories.

No, not really. It can take as little as one to two weeks depending on how much weight you want to lose.
