I have the same problem, I'm also 17, but I'm like.. 95 pounds and 5"6. -.- I want to gain weight SO BAD, I hate being so fucking skinny, and believe me, I eat more than the average human does per day. Meh.

Just eat healthily, cut down on the junk and fried foods, they help you gain weight but they're not healthy.. Read this for more tips.

Why would you want to gain weight?  Do you feel that you're unhealthy?  Do you feel that you are too skinny for your age and height?  Do you not like how you look?

To gain weight, don't resort to eating junk food and fatty foods.  That's a very unhealthy way to gain weight and you may be unsatisfied with the results.  If you resort to eating these types of foods, you will gain a lot of fat.

You could try lifting weights and building muscle.  Everyone knows that muscle weighs more than fat.  If you are healthy with your weight, then I don't know why you would want to gain weight.  If it's for physical appearance, lifting weights and building muscle is a good way to *gain weight.*

You could start working out and doing some weight-lifting,
But it's very important that you eat after you've done excercise,
Since it will help you to regain the calories you've lost doing it. You will get more toned and hopefully gain muscular mass.

It's also quite important that you eat healthy. Eat more a day, instead of 3 proper foods, try 5. With fewer amounts.
It will help your metabolism.

Mos timportantly, don't desperate. Just work on it.
After a month, you'll start to see results.

if you want to bulk up and built muscle, you need to drink whey protien shakes. it builds muscle. i cant stand it when i see guys trying to get muscular but all they're doing is building teeny little rock hard pebbles in their biceps.

its called whey protein.
buy some.
