In the Internet Explorer - Security Warning window, click Run. In the Sonic - ISUM Hotfix Setup window, click Yes to install the hotfix. When prompted to restart the computer, click Yes. Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. To do this, follow these steps: Open a Web browser such as Internet Explorer, and then browse to the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: "Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility" Article ID: 290301. In the More Information section of the article, click Download the Windows Installer CleanUp package now. In the File Download - Security Warning window, click Run. In the Internet Explorer - Security Warning window, click Run. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. Run the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. To do this, click Start, point to All Programs, and then click Windows Installer Clean Up.
