There's a lot of rambling going on about how white people are incapable of being "proud" they are white so I kinda wanted to share my opinion as to why that is.
It's not that you can't have white pride...it's just that there's too many negative connotations linked with it. Nobody can take away the fact that you are proud to be white unless you let them...it's not like it's a fucking tangible object. Take into consideration the fact that white pride has been associated with the Nazi movement, the KKK, and various other hate organizations in the mainstream...so when one says "White Pride" it is viewed as an act of racism. When black people say Black Power it is viewed as an act of expression that they are content with who they are when people criticize them for it and overcoming challenges faced with being black.
Now whether or not an individual means what I've mentioned here when they express their "pride" is totally up for debate...I'm simply telling you what the public (white, black, arab, asian, martian) will think when they see these words. That's just the way it is...life's unfair. Most people who bitch about not being able to have "white pride" are even bigots themselves....therefore hindering any type of change the term White Pride can have to morph into a more positive meaning. So when you go off about how white people can't have pride or their own month ya-la-la because "these niggers perpetuate double standards I wish they'd all burn in hell etc etc"...realize you're just shooting yourself in the foot.
I personally don't see why people need to have pride in their ethnicity first and foremost before having pride in their individual selves. Both concepts are ridiculous especially in this day and age.

Hmm, interesting. Though I guess I've never felt the need to be proud of being white. What is there to be proud of, after all? What's the point on having pride in your skin color? Be proud of yourself for other, actual important reasons.

I can't disagree with what you said and I just want to say that, as you allude to, "White Pride" has nothing to do with pride. It is a euphemism for racism by some white people (who might be surprised if they went back in their own geneology!).
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. If someone uses the phrase "white pride" it means white originated racism.
Period.

White people don't have to have pride in their ethnicity because they are the majority in most developed nations. Much like how straight people don't need to have pride in their sexuality, because they are the majority.
Minorities sometimes feel that they need to have pride groups as a sort of affirmation of who they are; that despite the fact that they are not the majority, it is all okay.

What a terrible generalization. I agree that there are plenty of immigrants that don't speak English, are here illegally, etc. but you're overlooking many, many people. There are plenty of hardworking immigrants who are here legally and who bust their asses to learn English.
I personally know many of them, and am aware enough to know that they exist in all parts of the country. You have tunnel vision when it comes to immigrants...

No, thats the current policy of Western style Countries atm. Bend over with dick in mouth to please the immigrants. For a quick example i'd call saying that the new spanish speaking immigrants not needing to learn english and instead removing French, Latin, German, Italian language classes to have more spanish ones. Replacing almost anything so that it has both English and Spanish. Apparently in this new world its ok to let the old guards heritage decay while stoking the fires of the new immigrants to get more of them.

Im more then aware they exist, its just the sad part is the majority just doesn't care and continue with what their doing....which is the exact opposite of what old European style immigrants did. These things happened not out of force they happened out of consent. That is not bending over and taking spunk to the mouth. And if it is...white people are not just victims of this. White people are not just full Americans, I consider myself full American even though it is popular to classify blacks as African American as a euphemism to say they are not 100% American.

I agree largely with that, although that doesn't make the double standard "right." You're right in that nobody is stopping whites from being proud of their race, but that doesn't mean that they're not looked down upon if they are, whereas minorities are not for the reasons you've given, which is rather silly because in those examples, it should be seen that having pride in any race results in that, not just having pride in the white race.

Oh that's certainly not always the case. It tends to be among white nationalists who attempt to paint the whole thing as if all non-whites are united against them in some coherent "body" or organization (which you must remember is expressed that way so that it encourages whites to become white nationalists), but for a lot of people such as myself, I merely wish to see some consistency.

Agreed. I never understood the point of having any real pride in my race and the accomplishments of other members of my race. My "worth" is not based on my race, but rather, based on my own individual accomplishments and experiences, and hence why I'll refer to that when defining myself far more than any race that I may be a part of. Any kind of racial nationalist would do well to remember that.

Racists aren't hard to spot and all of the white nationalists and people who claim they'd sell their souls to "preserve" the white race that I have met have been racist. It's crucifixtion to call anyone a bigot on this site, but I don't consider myself an idiot when people spew racial undertones but plead innocent for rep control. There are few and beyond that are actually "zealous" for the well-being of the white community IMO...the rest just simply don't want to be around others different from them and this is there way of saying it without appearing hateful. How strong would one have to truly care for something that has absolutely nothing to do with them or their future to not want to be around blacks, hispanics, etc etc. if they had no resentment for them in the first place?

Taking into consideration the accomplishments of the white race (an exclusive term pertinent solely to those of Northern European origin), they have the right not only to be proud of their identity, but to elevate themselves above other peoples who have been far less productive.
