I've been jogging about 4 miles a day for the past couple of weeks or longer. Today I weighed myself and it said I gained weight, and it's been saying that for a while, but when I go to look in the mirror I look slimmer. Is this just muscle gain because I heard muscle weighs more than fat.. could this be it?

Throw out the scale, and go by the mirror. Simple trick to see real results. The scale is usless since people gain water weight every day, they confuse it with real weight and get paranoid. so, please....throw the scale out and go by the mirror.
